Week 12c : A Little Bit Of This, A Little Bit Of That

There's not much going on in my world right now so I decided to go snooping on the net in general. I found a few things that might be of interest to my friends. Hope you find something here that will make you happy:

• 
  Drive is back with the last two episodes on FOX. I'm watching the 5th ep now and its (surprise, surprise) AWESOME! Sadly you can't get it at iTunes. And I'm not sure if that'll ever happen :( But one way or the other ... at least we get the last 2 eps!
  


• James Marsters is back on TV. It looks like his role is "interesting" LOL I might just have to give Torchwood a try!
  


• Babylon 5 is back as a straight to DVD movie. It's available for preorder from Amazon already and will ship on July 31st. So all you B5 geeks out there get ready!
  


• There's good news for the fans of X-Files. Seems like the script for a second movie is ready and the following quote should make all the fans very happy!

  "Chris (Carter) has written it with Frank Spotnitz, and Chris will direct it," Duchovny said. "And [co-star Gillian Anderson is] on board, and I'm on board, and that's all I can tell you. I mean, I'm looking forward to seeing what he did."

  I don't know about the rest of you but I'm very excited to see a second movie get made. Hopefully it'll be better than the first :)
  


• In the last bit of geekdom news: Farscape will be making a come-back to the Sci-Fi Channel as a series of 10 webisodes to run on-line at SciFi Pulse! I'm hoping this works well and more uniquely web-based entertainment will become available!
